Hi there! You Made it to the secret page!

So... above this message should be a player that streams the original demos of the songs from my new album. These recordings were never intended to be listened to by anyone except my friend Tom Farrer (who co-produced the album) and I. Some of the tracks are pretty different to the versions that ended up on the record - we spent a lot of time messing around with some of the lyrics and the song structures etc. but the seeds of the songs are there in these early versions. No doubt some of you will prefer these to the finished versions - in the production world, that's what we call "demoitus"!!
Anyway, in the old mixtape traditon, I thought it would be fun to have these versions available to listen to for a short time. And then they'll fade away.. like a waxwork in the sun. So come visit as often as you like for the next week or so. This page will go dark at midnight on April 12th and these versions will return to the soil. And you'll have to wait until the album comes out on May 30th to heat the final versions in all their glory!!
